Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Due to the nature of our products (artworks, engravings, and handcrafted items), returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item received is incorrect

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photos of the issue.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, depending on the situation

Please note:

  • Customized or engraved items cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or incorrect.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of error on our part.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds for payments made via Wise or Deblock will be processed using the same payment method whenever possible.
