Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight and size of the items

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on all orders over 400€. This offer applies automatically at checkout when the minimum order amount is reached.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Thailand: 2–5 business days

  • Asia: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 7–14 business days

  • North America: 10–20 business days

  • Other international destinations: up to 21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or local postal services.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Returns Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

Return Shipping

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund.

Refunds
